Common faults and maintenance methods of drilling rigs:
Fault 1: Insufficient pressure in the hydraulic system of the drilling rig, and fatigue of the pressure regulating valve requires adjusting the limit nut or replacing the spring.
Fault 2: The drilling rig coupling heats up and the elastic ring is excessively worn; The reason is that the coaxiality between the drilling rig power machine and the clutch is poor, and it is necessary to improve the assembly coaxiality;
Fault 3: If the oil pump of the drilling rig fails to start or the oil level is insufficient, first check the oil level in the oil tank and add oil to the oil level line. If the fault is still not resolved, check whether the filter is blocked. In addition, check whether the oil tank vent is blocked or if the oil suction pipe joint is loose and intake is caused;
Fault 4: The hoist brake of the drilling rig slips, mainly due to oil stains inside the brake band that need to be removed; If there is no oil stains, check the gap between the brake band and brake wheel. If it is too loose, adjust it appropriately;
